Hey you! We would like to update you about the current COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation and what will change for our customers.
Together with our distribution center and factory we are following guidance from the World Health Organization and local government agencies to ensure the safety and health of our team members and customers from all over the globe.
We currently live in uncertain times and it’s important to be well informed. Below you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions.
Can I still place an order?
100% yes! Our webshop stays open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and our customer support team will help you with any questions as fast and efficient as they can.
Will my order have any delays?
We’re doing everything we can to make sure you’ll receive your order as soon as possible. Our orders are shipped from our distribution center in The Netherlands. However, please note that our cut-off time is temporarily changed. Orders that are placed before 23:00 CET will be processed and dispatched that same day. Orders that are placed after 23:00 CET will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.
We would also strongly recommend having your order sent to your home address to avoid any issues of post offices/parcel shops being closed due to the virus.
What about your return policy?
Our returns period is fourteen days, starting on the day you've received your order. This means that if you'd like to return a product to us, you need to request your return online within this period. After this period, you have another fourteen days to ship the parcel. Please know that the parcel needs to be on its way within this period, but it doesn't mean it actually has to be back with us within fourteen days.
If it’s not possible to return the parcel due to post offices/parcel shops being closed or you can’t leave your home or due to other Corona-related occasions, please contact our support team to discuss the possibilities.
What if a product is out of stock?
As you might understand, there has been a delay in our production process and therefore it takes longer for our products to arrive at our distribution centers. Please know the production is up and running again and we’re trying to re-stock our products as soon as possible.
