Can I have my order delivered to a PO box, a local post office or a pickup point?

That depends;

PO box
Using a PO box as a delivery address is possible. A postal company generally shouldn't have any problem with delivering to PO box addresses, although in our experience deliveries to physical addresses have a slightly higher success rate.

Local post office
It depends; since a signature is not required upon delivery, a courier will leave a parcel at the delivery address and won't have to redeliver to a local post office for you to collect. If you'd like to know if it's possible to simply fill in your local post office as the delivery address, please discuss this with your local post office.
