When your return has been processed, you will automatically receive an email from us. In case of an exchange, you will automatically receive a new order confirmation.
Once we've placed a new order for you, our distribution center will process and dispatch this order as soon as possible (subject to availability of stock). Usually this takes about 1 to 2 business days and when the order is dispatched you automatically receive a dispatch notification containing tracking information.
