Warning! If you want to return a suit because (part of) the sizing is slightly off, please have a look at our information about returning due to size first. Chances are you can have your suit adjusted, so that returning it is no longer necessary.
If you need to return your product, we want to ask you to please use our easy-to-use return authorization tool. This is possible in two ways, depending whether you have registered a customer account with us or not.
With a customer account
Please carry out the following steps:
1. Please go to our website and log in to your account to access your order history.
2. Go to 'My Orders', look up the order you want to return and click on 'View Order'. Then, once you're in the order, please click on 'Return' to start your return request.
3. Follow the instructions step by step to send in your request.
Without a customer account
Please carry out the following steps:
1. Please go to our online returns page, fill in the 3 simple fields and click on 'Continue' to verify your order.
2. On the next page you will see an overview of your order. Here you can click on 'Return' to start your return request.

Done! Now what?
Once you have sent in your request, our customer support team will check your request and approve (or in very few cases decline) your return accordingly. Please know that return requests are checked regularly every business day.
As soon as your request has been approved, you will receive an email including the returns address, the return instructions and most importantly; your return authorization number. Please note that you need to include this return authorization number within your return parcel. Without this return authorization number, our returns team will not be able to process your return.
