As soon as our distribution center has received your return, we will always try our best to process it in a timely manner. Depending on the amount of returns that have to be processed at a given time, processing a return can take approximately 2 to 5 business days.
When your return has been processed, you will automatically receive an email from us. This can either be a credit note (in case of a refund) or a new order confirmation (in case of an exchange).
In case of an exchange
Once we've placed a new order for you, our distribution center will process and dispatch this order as soon as possible (subject to availability of stock). Usually this takes about 1 to 2 business days and when the order is dispatched you automatically receive a dispatch notification containing tracking information.
In case of a refund
Once we've initiated your refund, these kinds of transactions take a couple of business days to process. It not only has to be processed by us, but also by a ‘payment service provider’ and of course by your own bank. You will always receive your refund through the same payment method you have used to place the original order.
