What if I’m not at home upon delivery?

Since a signature is not required upon delivery, a courier will try to leave the parcel at the location, preferably a safe place like a mailbox or hidden away on a porch. However, it is not always possible for a courier to find a suitable place, so we still recommend that someone is available to accept the parcel at the delivery address during office hours to avoid any misplacement or similar issues.

When you're not sure if someone will be available to accept the parcel at your home address, you can also consider using an alternative delivery address like your work address or the address of a friend or family member.
