Which domestic shipping methods do you offer?

Our orders are shipped from our warehouse in North Carolina. Orders that are placed before 2 pm EST will be shipped the same business day. We offer a variety of shipping methods, which you can choose from in your cart when placing the order. The exact shipping methods and prices will be presented to you once you have filled in the delivery address.

Shipping methods and transit times
We offer the following shipping methods with the accompanying transit times.

Please note:
- only business days ("business days" are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) apply when calculating transit times
- transit times vary per delivery address, depending on the distance from our North Carolina warehouse
- the selection of shipping methods in your cart may vary depending on the delivery address
- a signature is not required upon delivery but please make sure someone is available to accept the parcel

Shipping costs
The shipping costs vary, depending on a number of things; the delivery method, the delivery address, and the number of products (due to the weight of the parcel). If you'd like to have a specific overview of the shipping costs, please place the desired number of products in your cart, go to the checkout, fill in your delivery address, and see what the possibilities are.

Delivery times
The delivery times are Mondays to Fridays up to 6 pm local time usually. On busy days, parcels may also be delivered in the evenings until 9 pm. The only shipping method that could be delivered on a Saturday is USPS Priority Mail Express, but we cannot guarantee this.
