Please be aware that we can only accept complete products that are unworn (apart from trying it on) and undamaged, including the original labels and in its original retail packaging. Additionally, the retail packaging cannot be damaged or used as a mailer box. Always ship the retail packaging within a separate mailer bag or mailer box. If these conditions are not met we hold the right to send the returned product back to the sender and refuse the requested exchange or refund.
Our returns period is fourteen business days, starting on the day you've received your order. This means that if you'd like to return a product to us, you need to send it back within this period. Please know that the product needs to be on its way within this period, but it doesn't mean it actually has to be back with us within fourteen business days. If there are special circumstances causing you to exceed this period, please contact our support team to see if we can make an exception.
You will have to cover the return postage costs yourself. However, if the reason for your return is that you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our support team.
