In general our orders are processed and dispatched nicely on time. However, sometimes there are situations beyond our control that can affect the processing or shipping time of our orders, like severe weather conditions or exceptional issues at a postal company.

Our US warehouse is located in North Carolina, where hurricane Florence has impacted local life last week. Our warehouse was therefore closed last Friday but luckily reopened again on Monday, September 17th.
Currently, our warehouse is up and running again and the carriers are operational as well.
We are very proud of our team for catching up so quickly and keeping any inconvenience towards our customers to an absolute minimum. Much more importantly, we’re very thankful that everybody in our team is okay. Naturally, our hearts go out to those who weren’t so fortunate and who were in any way affected by this storm.
