There are various points that can tell you how far along your return is coming:
Always keep hold of the tracking number for the parcel you've returned. It will give you specific details of the whereabouts of your return.
When your return has been processed, you will automatically receive an email from us. This can either be a credit note (in case of a refund) or a new order confirmation (in case of an exchange).
Tracking new order
When you've sent back (part of) your order for an exchange, a new order will be created for you and dispatched as soon as possible. When this order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a new dispatch notification containing tracking information.
